Hating on OJ

Warning: This may not be a pleasant read for some...

Listen, I am not trying to step on toes here. I just have to get this off my chest.

I am meeting a lot of people these days that have an OJ discrepancy. What is the discrepancy? Apparently, pulp.

Quiet a few of my "friends" seen to dislike pulp in their orange juice. In fact, they dislike like it so much that they buy orange juice cartons with "NO PULP" stamped on like a brand on a cow.

This didn't seem like an issue at first, but now my friend's disregard for pulp has left me digging in the back of grocery store fridges for my pulpy OJ. All of a sudden, the powers that be have seen it fit that the selection of pulpy orange juice be reduced...not cool.

Whats the problem with pulp? Its orange juice. Its the nature of the beast. If you don't like pulp, then maybe orange juice isn't the juice for you. Your not cut out for the fruity-goodness of a pulpy juice. Maybe your an apple juice person, a grape juice person.

All I am saying is I miss the availability of my chunky gift from the Lord.

Sorry if this was a little deep...just breathe.

Thanks for the inspiration Caleb.

  2. I'm with you, Kyle. I buy pulpy juice because I like a little texture in my drink! But, my sons are anti-pulp so when they're home I have to buy the "sanitized" version of OJ. Good to see you're still alive....

  3. The lady above doesn't know what she's talking about. I'm a pulp fan. But Chinese OJ is pulp with a little OJ thrown in for kicks. It's a bit much.
